Our client is a leading HR-tech / marketplace platform that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Position Overview

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for driving end-to-end growth strategy and execution, owning customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue impact.

This role requires a highly data-driven leader who can build and scale a growth engine, optimize marketing efficiency, and position the company as a market authority in Vietnam’s labor market.

The position will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Sales teams.
