Head of Legal - Data Center

My client is a leading and growing Data Centre firm, and we are recruiting for a Head of Legal to be based in the Singapore office. You will be given the opportunity to support the global business on all legal related matters in the region, and we are looking for candidates who are looking to scale their career in a leading name in the industry.

• Draft, review, and negotiate colocation agreements, MSAs/SLAs, vendor contracts, construction and engineering agreements.
• Advise on PDPA, telecoms licensing, energy efficiency rules, and data centre regulatory requirements in Singapore.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting digital infrastructure and cross border data flows.
• Assist with joint ventures, partnerships, and market entry initiatives.
