Head of Leasing (Retail)

We are recruiting for a real estate investment firm looking to scale up their portfolio especially in the retail sector.

Reporting to the MD, you will be directing the leasing strategies, tenant mix, and commercial performance for their retail portfolios. You will be managing leasing P&Ls, oversee pre-leasing and renewals, and lead negotiations with regional and international brands to optimize occupancy and rental revenue.

You will oversee full leasing cycle — from strategy development and tenant acquisition to lease execution — while ensuring a strong tenant mix and positive mall positioning. You will lead, mentor, and supervise a team of leasing executives, set clear performance objectives and KPIs for the leasing team.
