Head of Information Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud systems, and cybersecurity.
• Lead ERP (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) and business application management.
• Drive digital transformation, Industry 4.0, IoT, automation, and smart manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure smooth integration of production, supply chain, quality, finance, and HR systems.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Lead and mentor the IT team while ensuring high system uptime and data security.
