The purpose of this role will be to design and deliver the people strategy around how they attract, develop, and engage exceptional talent as they scale.

Head of HR Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the people strategy in line with business objectives.
• Be the trusted advisor to the board on all matters people related
• Champion initiatives that promote performance, engagement and inclusion.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation.
• Lead on any employee relations casework
• Learning & Development such as the implementation of performance frameworks, development programmes and succession planning.
