Head of HR / Senior HR Manager

You will take full ownership of the company’s global Human Resources and Administrative Management, driving organizational excellence across all global entities. Your key responsibilities include:

• Global HR Strategy & Organizational Design: Align human resources strategy with the company’s global business objectives and AI-driven growth; continuously optimize the organizational structure, define roles, and enhance overall agility and efficiency.
• Performance Management & Total Rewards: Design, implement, and optimize global performance evaluation systems (e.g., OKRs/KPIs); establish competitive compensation structures and incentive schemes to foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
• Corporate Culture & Employee Alignment: Shape, articulate, and promote Traze’s core values globally; cultivate a strong sense of Ownership among the younger workforce and bridge cultural gaps across cross-border teams.
