About the Role

            Role & responsibilities  Lead and manage the Frontend Engineering team, driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. 
Define and execute the frontend technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives and product strategy. 
Establish frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code. 
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. 
Drive the adoption of modern frontend technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies. 
Oversee technical design, code reviews, performance optimization, accessibility, and browser compatibility. 
Mentor, coach, and develop frontend engineers while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
