Head of Financial Planning

Position Summary

The Finance Business Planning & Analyst will support the retail business through financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis. This role works closely with merchandising, operations, marketing, and management teams to provide insights that drive profitability, inventory efficiency, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reports
• Analyze sales, gross margin, profitability, and operating expenses
• Monitor KPI performance including:
• Sales growth
• Sell-through
• Inventory turnover
• Markdown %
• GMROI
• Basket size
• Traffic conversion
• Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
