Role Overview

To act as a deputy to the CFO , supporting the organization’s financial strategy, governance, and performance management, while progressively building end-to-end ownership of the finance function. The role requires a strong financial controller background with manufacturing experience , along with exposure to multinational environments and working with global teams , ensuring robust financial discipline across operations. It is designed as a succession pipeline , with the individual expected to evolve into the CFO position over time through strategic leadership, business partnering, and strong financial stewardship.
