About the Role
**THE POSITION**
The Head of Finance and Administration serves as the senior finance partner to the Country General Manager and leadership team. The role is accountable for financial stewardship, compliance, planning, performance management, governance, and internal controls, while providing strategic decision support to enable sustainable and profitable growth. As a trusted advisor, the role provides guidance on business performance, risk management, and capital allocation, while safeguarding the company’s interests with key internal and external stakeholders.
