Head of Facilities Management

Ensuring efficient and smooth restaurant operations across the organisation’s scope of operations, you will lead a team responsible for the day-to-day execution of equipment management, utility optimization, and successful project completion.

Equipment Management & Uptime:
Lead the team to achieve a 95% equipment uptime target across all McDonald's locations in India.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and manage planned Maintenance & Repair (M&R) costs.
Oversee the scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance tasks for all restaurant equipment.
Manage vendor relationships with equipment suppliers, ensuring timely repairs and parts availability.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and lost sales.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations) to prioritize and address equipment maintenance needs.
