About The Role

This is a senior IC role with a team to build. You will sit inside our Marketing team (2 PMMs + 1 SMM) with access to a shared pool of contractors — and you are expected to bring your own trusted freelancers. We have already run AMA sessions, webinars, and Reddit AMAs across different communities. You will take what is working, scale it, and build new formats on top of it. This is not a setup‑from‑scratch role — it is a scale‑and‑own role.
