Reporting to the Senior Director – Global Engineering the Head of Engineering will be responsible for working with Engineering Leaders, Manufacturing Operations Management, Product Managers and other Engineering and Operational functional leaders, to lead several Design & Engineering teams involved in the design, validation and implementation of innovative and cost-effective product solutions of varying scope in order to meet customer requirements from development of conceptual prototypes and architecture through development into full-scale production..
