Fever is the leading global live‑entertainment discovery tech platform, helping millions of people every week discover and book experiences. We are hiring a Head of Engineering, Marketplace to lead the engineering strategy, delivery, scalability, and operating model of the platform that powers the core purchase funnel of our business.

What You Will Do

• Own the engineering strategy, roadmap delivery, quality bar, reliability, and architectural evolution of Fever’s Marketplace domain.
• Lead a manager‑of‑managers organisation and build a high‑performing leadership bench across engineering managers, staff‑plus engineers, and senior ICs.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, Commercial, and Operations leaders to improve the full funnel from discovery through booking and post‑purchase engagement.
