Head of Employee Happiness & Wellbeing

The Roads and Transport Authority is seeking a human capital leader to manage HR strategies aligned with its strategic vision. This role involves overseeing employee happiness initiatives, governance, and engagement while ensuring adherence to best practices.

The ideal candidate has extensive HR experience, holding a Master’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience. An understanding of HR laws and effective internal communication is essential.

Preferred certifications include CIPD L7 or SHRM-SCP.
