The Role

A concept-to-completion role You own the full process — from ambiguous brief to shipped, validated product. You drive HMW sessions, synthesize Affinity Maps, apply AI-First thinking at the brief stage, and challenge every assumption with JTBD before opening Figma. You lead, not execute.
