Head of Corporate Litigation & Insurance

You will be based in Madrid, in charge of corporate restructuring, legal defense and insurance frameworks across all operating jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Transversal Corporate Structuring: Lead the corporate structuring from the Cegid SB/CPA integration across international markets, orchestrate mergers, entity closures, TUPs and winding‑up processes. Oversee global corporate lifecycle and delegate execution to a central Paralegal. Draft and negotiate intra‑group flows, transfer pricing mechanisms and SLAs between entities.
• Group Litigation Defence & Preventive Law: Manage pre‑litigation and litigation strategy for the entire group, focusing on commercial disputes, banking liability and fraud recovery. Liaise with Finance for risk assessment and provisioning, select and brief external counsel, and adapt Terms of Service and Legal Notices. Partner with Tech to hardwire case‑bui...
