Head of Corporate IT Governance & Compliance

1. The Chief IT Governance leads the establishment and enforcement of enterprise-wide IT governance frameworks, ensuring that technology strategy, investments, and operations are aligned with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.

This role defines and oversees policies, controls, and decision-making structures covering IT risk management, cybersecurity governance, compliance, data governance, architecture standards, and portfolio oversight.
