After years of building our compliance and assurance function, we are opening the leadership seat at the top of it. This is one of the most important hires we will make this year.

ITSEC and SVG operate across cybersecurity, compliance engineering, and UAE regulatory licensing. This role leads compliance and assurance across both businesses and owns the quality and accuracy of every regulatory deliverable we produce.

This is not a generalist compliance role. We are looking for someone who works directly from rulebooks, writes to regulatory filing standards, and believes in “verify before you assert.”

Lead across:

• Financial Services & Virtual Asset Licensing (80%) – VARA, SCA/CMA, ADGM (FSRA), DFSA & CBUAE, including VASP policy packs, AML/CFT/CPF programmes, KYC/CDD, client agreements, risk disclosures, and end‑to‑end licensing submissions.
