In this role, you are responsible for building and managing the Commercial Academy. To achieve this, you define and implement a strategic, data-driven Commercial Academy, including governance, operating model, and learning architecture.
You own the design of curricula and capability models, developing role-based learning paths, onboarding programs, and continuous development formats based on data-driven performance insights.
