Responsibilities

• Support revenue growth by increasing account value and driving adoption of services.
• Maximise retention through world‑class leadership of the Client Relations team.
• Deliver pre‑ and post‑sales solutions, including proposals, RFPs, solution adoption, and CSAT.
• Develop and implement strategy that keeps the client at the centre of all solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in a SaaS environment – essential.
• Enterprise‑level client relations, customer success or account management experience – essential.
• Strong, inspirational leadership and strategic commercial focus.
