About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing and forward-thinking fintech platform, is hiring a Head of Business Operations to oversee day-to-day operations while building the systems, processes, and cadence that enable scale. You'll be a key member of the senior leadership team driving execution, partnering on strategy, and ensuring the business runs with clarity and discipline in a high-growth environment.

Strategic Execution

Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures aligned to company vision. Set measurable goals for performance and growth; own reporting and dashboards to keep teams aligned. Act as a thought partner to leadership, ensuring initiatives ladder up to long-term objectives.

Process Design & Automation
