Head of Business Development

Our client islooking for a Business Development Head to drive strategic growth for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization.

This role will lead business expansion initiatives across local and multinational pharma markets, with a strong focus on supply chain, OEM/manufacturing partnerships, and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall business development strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within pharmaceutical manufacturing, OEM, and supply chain operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across local and multinational pharma companies
• Develop deep market insights through research, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, QA/Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, and Distribution teams to ensure successful project execution
