Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Property and Repairs Service.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards, including the Social Housing (Regulation) Act .Develop and deliver Asset Management Strategies and long-term investment plans.Manage stock condition data, lifecycle planning and asset performance.Oversee repairs, maintenance, planned works and capital projects.Support budget setting and long-term capital investment planning.Manage contracts, procurement and contractor performance.Identify opportunities for regeneration, remodelling or disposal of underperforming assets.Prepare reports and present recommendations to senior leadership and Members.Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
