Our compliance program is mature, well‑resourced and actively engaged with our regulators.

About the role

We are looking for a senior AML/CTF specialist to lead the day‑to‑day operation and ongoing uplift of our financial crime program across the NZ and Australian regimes. You will own the program in practice: customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, reporting, and the regulatory and banking relationships that sit behind them. The role is also the appointed Compliance Officer in New Zealand. This is a hands‑on leadership role with genuine influence over how we manage risk as we scale and enter new markets.
