 Oversee end-to-end administration and facility management across corporate offices, manufacturing plants, project sites,warehouses, and O&M locations.

 Ensure optimum utilization, maintenance, and upkeep of office and site infrastructure.

 Manage housekeeping, cafeteria, transportation, utility services, and workplace support functions.

 Lead facility expansion, renovation, and infrastructure improvement projects.

Real Estate & Office Infrastructure Development

 Develop and execute real estate strategies aligned with business growth plans.

 Lead site selection, leasing, acquisition, fit-outs, office relocations, and infrastructure development projects.
