Functional (job responsibilities)

• Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Money Transfer and FX businesses in alignment with the bank’s overall business objectives. Own and deliver portfolio revenue, profitability, transaction volume, customer acquisition, and market share targets. Identify emerging market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends to drive business growth. Develop business cases and investment proposals for new products, capabilities, and partnerships.
• Product Management & Proposition Development: Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management for all Money Transfer and FX products. Develop and enhance customer value propositions across retail, affluent, SME, and commercial customer segments.
