Role Overview The Head Mixologist is responsible for leading the cocktail and beverage programme within the venue, ensuring consistency, quality, creativity, and commercial performance in line with FAB Group standards. This role combines advanced technical mixology skills with leadership, training, and operational discipline. As the senior authority for cocktails and bar execution, the Head Mixologist supports menu development, service standards, team capability, and innovation while remaining actively involved in service.
