About the Role

Bring your talent & passion for gardening to Merivale's growing portfolio of venues across Sydney & surrounds. As our Head Gardener for our Northern Beaches venues, you will be safeguarding the brand's aesthetic vision.

Reporting to the Group Horticulture Manager, you will be working alongside and providing guidance to the team to ensure each venue expresses its unique character while maintaining a consistent standard of excellence. You will be competent when working autonomously and confident leading and supporting a small team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all horticulture requirements for the Northern Beaches portfolio

  • Collaborate with styling and events to deliver on visions, installation of new venues

  • Lead a team of gardeners at your venues, including all staff recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training

  • Manage the horticulture budget for your venues
