Job Description – Accountant Company: AA Nova Tech

Department: Accounts & Finance
Reports To: Managing Director
Position Summary The Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, statutory compliance, taxation, banking activities, inventory accounting, and financial reporting. The role requires accuracy, integrity, and timely execution of all accounting and compliance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank accounts, cash accounts, and vendor ledgers.
Maintain fixed asset and depreciation records.
Ensure accurate accounting entries in ERP/Tally/accounting software.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable Process supplier invoices and payments.
Monitor customer receivables and follow up for collections.
Prepare aging reports for debtors and creditors.
