Job Description

  • Manage the kitchen operations and oversee food preparation for all services.
  • Develop and design new menu items, including seasonal offerings, in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards and promote teamwork.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage food costs to operate within budget.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field
  • Experience Level: 2–5 years of relevant experience in a professional kitchen
