About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented & passionate Head Chef to lead the culinary team of a sophisticated rooftop Japanese dining destination in Accra. This high-profile venue combines exceptional cuisine, premium service, & a vibrant atmosphere, catering to local and international clientele.

We are seeking a creative culinary leader with strong expertise in contemporary Japanese cuisine, including sushi & capable of delivering an innovative dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, & operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef within a high-end Japanese restaurant – Middle Eastern location experience advantageous
  • Strong background in contemporary Japanese cuisine, sushi, teppanyaki, robata, & premium seafood preparation.
  • Experience working in upscale dining or lifestyle venues, or internationally recognised hospitality brands.
