Head Chef – Busy Branded Restaurant – Central London – Up to 48k + Bonus

Join a fast-paced, high-volume branded restaurant group with multiple London sites. We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen – fresh food, fast service, great training.

The Role:

  • Lead a brigade of 6-8 chefs in a high-volume site
  • Manage ordering, stock, rotas, and food safety
  • Oversee fresh food prep – full training provided
  • 5 weeks training before taking over your own kitchen

    • The Ideal Candidate:


  • Experienced Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up
  • Background in high-volume, fresh-food environments
  • Branded restaurant experience
  • Strong leader who can develop a team

  • Up to £48k+ OTE(£40k base + £6-8k tronc + quarterly bonus up to £6k)
