Roles and Responsibilities Working with the Information Technology Team to drive strategic initiatives, and
develop operating plans to deliver short term and long term results
Develop integrated management & execution plans to support strategic objectives in
conjunction with other functions; monitor and report progress against plans to
executives
Work with the central Finance function to prepare Annual Plans
Interface between the various functions of the wholesale bank in particular and teams
across Kotak in general to ensure strong support for key initiatives, and provide
feedback to the stakeholders
Monthly/Quarterly reviews with Senior Management Team (SMT)
Weekly spend management
Oversight and review of all financial reporting including Regulatory reporting and Audit
queries
Drive process mapping and process Improvements across finance domain of Information
vertical
