Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages.
• Supervise, train, and mentor barista team members.
• Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and customer service.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally.
• Assist in scheduling staff and monitoring daily operations.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of coffee equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barista, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
