Job Description

・Architectural Design and Drawing Work ・Prepare detailed drawings (shop drawings and architectural detail drawings) based on design drawings. ・Prepare architectural drawings such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings. ・Check and develop architectural elements, including finishing work, partitions, doors, windows, and ceilings. ・Coordinate design contents for factory, warehouse, and other building projects. ・Design Coordination and Project Support ・Coordinate with structural and M&E teams for design integration. ・Check shop drawings submitted by subcontractors and provide corrections when necessary. ・Coordinate drawings with clients, designers, and construction teams. ・Check drawing quality based on building regulations and company standards. ・Suggest design improvements considering construction method, cost, and quality. ・Government and Permit Related Work ・Communicate and coordinate with government auth...
