HBM Component Validation Architect

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HBM PE Principal Component Validation Engineer to join their Heterogenous Integration Group. You will coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the flawless release of products, troubleshoot validation issues, and deliver technical training.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and has at least 10 years of experience in the memory semiconductor industry along with exemplary programming skills in Linux, Python/C/C++, and knowledge of HBM operations.
