Hardgoods Associate (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service.
• Accurately record customer transactions using the electronic cash register, mainline, and self‑checkout (SCOs).
• Replenish merchandise around the checkout area.
• Follow up on hot‑selling items, complete markdowns, and perform SKU changes when needed.
• Maintain planograms, labels, tickets, and signing standards.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Ensure compliance with all policies when selling Tobacco and Lottery.
• Follow health and safety policies and guidelines.
• Keep the checkout work area clean and organized.
• Follow loss‑prevention best practices.
