Hands-On Senior Manufacturing & Engineering Leader

MECS Africa is seeking an experienced leader in engineering management with a strong background in manufacturing. Candidates should possess a BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering and have at least 10 years of related experience, including 5 years in senior roles.

The ideal candidate will engage in hands-on leadership, connecting strategy to execution on the factory floor, with knowledge in engineering systems and manufacturing support.
