Hands-on Aparthotel & Property Operations Manager – Marbella / Estepon - (Málaga)

Empresas: Sechi Group We are looking for a hands-on Aparthotel & Property Operations Manager for a small premium aparthotel operation in the Marbella / Estepona area. This is not a large corporate hotel GM role. We are looking for a practical, reliable and commercially minded person who can be on-site, close to guests, the local team, suppliers and owners. Main responsibilities: Manage daily aparthotel operations, guest communication, check-ins/check-outs and issue resolution. Improve occupancy and booking performance through Booking.com, Airbnb, direct/local opportunities and pricing actions. Manage Cloudbeds / PMS information, reservations, payments, availability and guest details. Coordinate front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and local service providers.
