The Role:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide timely and effective solutions
- Work on-site at Dubai Outsource City
- Salary: AED 4,500/month (including bonus)
- 2-Year Employment Visa
- Medical Insurance
- 6-day work week (rotational shifts)
- Fluent in English & Haitian Creole (mandatory)
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate (visa sponsorship provided!)
- Prior back-office experience is a plus
