The opportunity Guidewire Claim Centre Support with minimum experience level of 9 years. Your key responsibilities Guidewire Claim Center Support and Maintenance Manager (9 years) has the prior experience to manage support projects. Must be flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift – India Shift, UK Shift) and On Call Support on a roster-ed rotational basis. Proficient in maintaining and supporting applications, enhancements, conducting testing, and managing deployments. Should be able to manage the key SLA’s and KPI’s for the successful execution of project.
