Guest Services Officer – Front Desk
Location: Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur.
What You Will Do
- Check in guests efficiently and warmly, using their names and ensuring correct room type and rate.
- Check out guests, assess satisfaction, collect keys, post late charges, and present the final bill.
- Maintain the assigned cash bank, make change, cash checks, exchange foreign currency, and reconcile all transactions at shift close.
- Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests, resolving complaints, and responding to inquiries about hotel services, operations, key personnel, events, and directions.
- Use computer systems to check guests in and out, run daily reports, and select and block rooms for arrivals.
