Purpose and Scope of Position (Main Objectives)

To deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience for all members and visitors. The role focuses on maintaining high service standards, supporting daily operations, and enhancing the overall guest experience across the club facilities.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and provide a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general information about the club facilities and services.
• Handle check-ins, bookings, and reservations as required.
• Ensure all guest areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Coordinate with different departments (golf operations, F&B, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
