About the Role
O’Two Hotels is looking for warm, polished and detail-focused Guest Service Agents to support the front desk and guest journey across Terra by O’Two and Mar by O’Two. This role is often the first and last human touchpoint of the stay, turning information, timing and warmth into a confident luxury welcome.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism and strong product knowledge.
- Complete check-in, check-out, room moves, payments and guest profile updates accurately.
- Manage guest requests, preferences, traces and handovers through Protel and internal communication channels.
- Support reservations, concierge, transport, luggage coordination and guest recovery where required.
- Maintain cashiering accuracy, billing integrity and documentation standards.
- Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B, Spa, Maintenance and Security.
