  • Handle guest check‑ins, check‑outs, room reservations, requests, changes and cancellations.
  • Process payments, verify and adjust reservations, and ensure accurate transaction records.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, manage multi‑line phone system, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain guest records, manage scheduling, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation of all public areas including reception rooms, lobbies, corridors and washrooms.
