About the Role
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist as the first point of contact for guests through phone, email, or online bookings.
- Attend to inquiries and direct them to the relevant department when needed.
- Answer calls, record reservations, and update booking details.
- Assist with POS transactions, ensuring bills are accurate before presenting to guests.
- Assist in set up of tables and service areas according to SOP.
- Attend to guest feedback politely and escalate to supervisors when necessary.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by Management.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; verbally and in writing.
- Basic knowledge on commonly used reservations system.
- Flexibility and commitment to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
