Guest Experience & Retail Supervisor, Wildlife Parks

Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking a retail operations supervisor in Singapore. This role involves coaching retail assistants and delivering excellent customer service to guests at the wildlife reserve.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years in retail, a passion for guest interaction, and good communication skills. Knowledge of SAP and retail operations will be beneficial.

The position requires commitment on weekends and public holidays.
