Guest Experience Host — Cruise Ship

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and belongings onboard the cruise ship
• Ensure all guest cabins and common areas are kept clean and well-stocked at all times
• Set up and serve meals and beverages according to guest preferences and dietary restrictions
• Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Coordinate with other crew members to ensure seaml ess service for guests
• Handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with onboard events and activities, such as cocktail parties and formal dinners
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times
• Adhere to safety and security protocols at all times
• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Captain or management team
