About the Role

A part-time, afternoon role offering set shifts for an enthusiastic, bubbly and fun SEN professional with complex care experience to join a care team providing 2:1 support to a fabulous 17-year-old, young lady with complex care medical needs.
* Nearest Station: Farnham
* Salary/Wage: £19.00 Gross per hour
* Driving Requirements: Yes, to drive to and from the family home
* Essential: Experience supporting young people with physical disabilities, including manual handling, hoisting, and PEG management. *Female applicants only.
* Desirable: Tracheostomy experience
* Start Date: ASAP
* Days & Hours: Wednesday 2:00pm–8:00pm; Thursday to Friday 3:00pm–8:00pm; and either Saturday or Sunday 8:00am–7:00pm/7:30pm (twice per month).
